Country Sourdough made organic bread flour, organic sifted Oberkulmer Spelt and Glenn’s Wheat from Weatherbury Farm in PA, scalded whole grain Rye and Spelt. Just good old naturally leavened country bread with a rotating mix of organic flour, baked in our wood-fired oven.

Ingredient: wheat flour, spelt flour, levain, Celtic sea salt.
